Job DescriptionSelectek is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer with experience in steam and power generation plant projects. This role focuses on equipment specification, piping system design, and coordination for EPC projects, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and travel to project sites.Responsibilities: Coordinate engineering for steam and power generation projects Write equipment specifications (pumps, boilers, turbines, heat exchangers, water treatment, material/ash handling, etc.) Develop heat & material balances, GA drawings, and P&IDs Design piping systems per ASME Section I, B31.1, and B31.3 codes Maintain pipeline, valve, and specialty item lists Mentor junior engineers and support field reviews throughout project duration Requirements: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years' experience in steam/power plant design & construction EPC firm background required PE license preferred (or ability to obtain) Strong knowledge of piping materials, stress analysis, and power equipment systems Water treatment system experience a plus Pay: $120K - $125KTerm: Direct HireIf you are qualified and interested in this opportunity, please send an updated resume to KLankswert@selectek.net OR contact Kyle Lankswert directly by calling 470-203-9801.Meet Your RecruiterKyle LankswertTechnical RecruiterKyle has spent most of his life living in the North Atlanta area and currently calls Roswell, GA, home.
