We have a great opportunity to join our Management Team. The
Compliance and Facilities Safety Manager
is responsible for ensuring the organization complies with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations including those enforced by OSHA, EPA, and the DOT. This position serves as the primary liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, coordinating inspections, managing regulatory communications, and overseeing compliance activities. Additionally, this role is responsible for updating and maintaining all facility needs, including building systems and equipment maintenance, to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities Include:
Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Oversee reporting, permits, audits, and database management etc. to ensure regulatory compliance DOT Compliance & Program Management: Ensure DOT Compliance & Program Management including regulation adherence, testing, and recordkeeping Environmental Health & Safety (EHS): Plan, implement, and manage Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs designed to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses, incidents, and associated costs Facilities Management: Conduct building and equipment inspections to identify maintenance needs and determine necessary repairs or upgrades Travel: 50% Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education
High School Diploma/ GED Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational safety, facilities management, or related field OR 3-5 years in regulatory compliance and/or facilities management Experience and/or Training
3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance and/or facilities management Strong Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations Experience managing facility maintenance, building systems, or equipment oversight Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, Facility Management Professional (FMP), DOT Compliance) are a plus. Ability to travel 50% of time Licenses/Certificates
Clean driving record Valid US Driver's license and reliable transportation
