Assistant Civil Engineering Designer - Land Development (Entry Level)

Essential Responsibilities:
Develop civil engineering designs for grading, drainage, and stormwater management systems
Contribute to transportation infrastructure design including roadways, trails, and bicycle facilities
Support utility layout and civil infrastructure planning initiatives
Assist in transforming conceptual designs into detailed construction drawings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on diverse development projects
Participate in site visits and field investigations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) Strong academic background in transportation engineering, hydraulics, and surveying Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (preferred) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us:
