We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.Job DescriptionWNC is a leading Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) specializing in Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) for global service provider customers. Our customers include Tier 1 and Tier 2 Telcos, MSOs, and MNOs. Our solutions span across 4G/5G wireless, PON, Wi-Fi, Satellite e/NTN and voice/SIP, and with a newly focused growth investment area in DOCSIS capabilities. We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Technical Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between North American MSO customer needs and our business unit (product, program & engineering) teams. This person will play a pivotal role in interpreting customer requirements, identifying solution opportunities, and developing technical marketing content to support business development, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid technical background in broadband access technologies and a strong ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business development and business units teams to capture and define customer requirements.Translate MSO service provider pain points into technically feasible, competitive, and differentiable CPE solutions.Develop and maintain solution briefs, competitive positioning materials, technical presentations, and whitepapers.Serve as a technical liaison in customer meetings, workshops, and RFP/RFI responses.Provide strategic insights to Global Business Development, Tech Center, and Business Units to help shape roadmap discussions, set priorities and market positioning.Support efforts to strengthen our DOCSIS-related technical marketing and solution positioning.Coordination and relationship building with customers and industrial certification labsQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.10+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or solutions engineering within the broadband or telecom space.Strong knowledge of MSO/cable technologies, including DOCSIS 3.1/4.0, Remote PHY, DAA, and CCAPExperience with 5G FWA, XGS-PON, Wi-Fi 6E/7, SIP/VoIP, and CPE design principles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with Tier 1/2 service providers or directly supporting service provider accounts is preferred.Familiarity with RDK, prpl, OpenWRT, TR-369/USP, TR-069 and SNMPBackground in interoperability testing, field trials, or lab certifications (e.g., CableLabs)What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageA collaborative and innovative work environmentOpportunities to make a significant impact on MSO's next-generation broadband solutionsGlobal exposure in a high-growth sectorEducationBachelorWork ExperienceLanguageSkills
