About the Role We are seeking experienced Sales & Marketing Specialists to join our team in New York. This is an on-site role combining direct sales, outreach, and digital marketing. Youll be responsible for generating leads, closing enrollments, and supporting brand growth through results-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients through outbound channels, manage leads via CRM, and drive revenue through video/phone consultations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, repeat engagement, and long-term growth. Support marketing campaigns by planning events, creating promotional content, and managing social media across multiple platforms. Conduct market research, track campaign performance, and collaborate on brand partnerships and digital advertising strategy. Qualifications Required: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, Communications, or a related field At least 2 years of work experience in sales, marketing, or a hybrid role Strong communication and presentation skills Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Authorized to work in the U.S. Available to work full-time on site in New York Diversity and Inclusion Statement Supporting diversity and inclusion is something we strive for here at ClassOver, not just for our employees but also for the good of the students.
