$85,000 $115,000 annually What You ll Do: Supervise daily operations of the echocardiography department
Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to sonography staff
Ensure compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards
Manage scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance programs
Perform advanced echocardiographic imaging as needed
Collaborate with cardiologists and clinical staff to optimize patient care
Participate in recruitment and performance evaluations
