Roles & Responsibilities
Lead telephony modernization projects from initial discovery to the decommissioning of legacy systems. Assess current telephony workloads and configurations at various locations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document voice requirements aligned with business objectives. Develop and implement transition plans from Cisco and Avaya telephony systems to Microsoft Teams enterprise voice. Coordinate with the Genesys Contact Center team for advanced contact center migrations. Oversee the deployment of Microsoft Teams calling plans or direct routing, ensuring smooth integration. Provide technical expertise and address challenges during the transition process. Deliver training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators. Monitor new voice system performance and recommend improvements. Work with technology teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption. Experience Required
Proven expertise in telephony systems, particularly Cisco and Avaya. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams enterprise voice, including calling plans and direct routing. Experience in large-scale telephony system migrations is preferred. Skills & Certifications

Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Adaptability to new technologies and industry trends. Eligibilities & qualifications
Required :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Proven experience with telephony systems and modern communications platforms. Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred :
Certifications in Cisco, Avaya, or Microsoft Teams. Familiarity with VoIP technologies and network infrastructure.
