We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Landscape Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive salary with additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.Key Responsibilities:Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their landscape maintenance needs are met with a high level of service.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for service enhancements.Service Oversight: Coordinate and oversee landscape maintenance services, ensuring crews adhere to job specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.Financial Management: Monitor and manage account profitability by controlling budgets, labor costs, materials, and subcontractor expenses.Team Leadership: Provide direction to landscape crews and support staff, ensuring efficient operations and project execution.Sales and Growth: Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to acquire new clients.Problem Solving: Resolve client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and profitability of the account.Reporting: Prepare and present account reports, including service quality, budget tracking, and client feedback.Qualifications:Proven experience in commercial landscape management or a similar field.Strong communication and client relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, plants, and irrigation systems.Ability to work well in a team environment and lead staff effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Valid driver's license required.Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field preferred but not required.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave.Professional development opportunities.
