Manufacturing Production Operator
Under direct supervision, the Manufacturing Production Operator is responsible for assembling mechanical units or fabricated parts to create sub-assemblies or complete units. This role involves routine and repetitive assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Use various hand and power tools and operate equipment such as jigs, dies, fixtures, templates, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill presses. Cut, file, fit, punch, ream, rivet, form, and/or assemble components. Obtain raw materials, load, and operate equipment to produce finished products. Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous factory experience preferred. Skills & Requirements: Good problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment Able to lift up to 25 pounds Able to remain in a standing, stationary position for extended periods Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required, including weekends Available to attend off-shift training or work and rotations between departments when required
