Business Development Representative (BDR) . This is a ground-floor opportunity for recent graduates who are excited about launching a career in enterprise technology sales. As a BDR, youll be the first point of contact with potential clients across commercial, public sector, and healthcare accounts. Youll prospect into key accounts, educate stakeholders, and generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. Youll build awareness, open doors, and play a critical role in growing our business. This is a fast-paced, field-forward role designed for someone who enjoys talking to people, learning new technologies, and being part of a team that wins together. What Youll Do Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, email, video, LinkedIn, and field events Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach strategies Collaborate with Account Executives and Engineering to build account plans and territory coverage strategies Drive awareness of IMPEX campaigns, events, and webinars Attend in-person client meetings alongside the sales team Use Salesforce to track activity and manage leads, contacts, and pipeline Understand IMPEXs offerings and translate technical capabilities into real business value Learn continuously through mentorship, enablement sessions, technical trainings, and customer-facing experiences Qualifications We Seek Bachelors degree in Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field Strong interest in enterprise technology and how IT impacts organizations Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Fearless mindset when it comes to outreach, learning, and taking initiative Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Collaborative and coachable with a passion for continuous growth Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Why IMPEX Trusted by over 750 organizations across SLED, enterprise, and healthcare Elite partnerships with 40+ OEMs including Dell, Microsoft, Cisco, and Nutanix Team of solution architects and engineers to support your learning and success Culture rooted in execution, mentorship, and doing right by the customer Transparent leadership and a track record of long-term customer success Seniority level
