About the team: Seller growth team orchestrates complex, multi-track initiatives that span business units and functions to drive marketplace seller growth. We focus on delivering operational excellence, aligning technology with business strategy, and fostering collaborative partnerships across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in translating strategic goals into actionable programs that drive long-term value. What you'll do: Lead a team of managers each driving independent programs Define and manage integrated program plans across discounts and promotions vertical Monitor program performance, risks, and resource allocation using advanced tools Influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams Translate business needs into technology strategies and execution plans You'll sweep us off our feet if: You're an expert at running discounts and promotions programs You have effectively led a high performance team You can influence and drive results with cross-functional partners You partner well with product, data science and engineering You have experience in the Marketplace Channel You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: 7-10+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, product management, analytics, or similar role MBA from a top tier school Experience with SQL, Python, or similar data querying language Ability to think strategically while delivering detailed execution Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to drive business positive outcomes Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
