to lead our advertising, social media, website, and partnership strategies. This is a hands-on role where youll manage campaigns from concept to execution, oversee and update our website, develop local business partnerships, and secure group booking opportunities across our various locationsall with the goal of increasing direct bookings. Local to Cape Coral or able to travel monthly What Youll Do
Drive overall marketing strategy across advertising, social media, and partnerships Manage and improve our website (design, content, and functionality) to maximize guest conversion Create and execute a comprehensive annual advertising plan, identifying the best placements and seasonal opportunities Develop and manage email and social campaigns to engage guests and drive repeat stays Identify and secure group booking opportunities with organizations, sports teams, event planners, and corporate clients Build partnerships with local businesses to enhance guest experiences and strengthen our brand Collaborate closely with the revenue management team to align marketing with pricing and occupancy goals What Were Looking For
Proven marketing management experience ( hospitality or vacation rental industry a plus ) Strong background with CMS tools (WordPress), Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager Basic HTML skills for hands-on website updates Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strategic mindset paired with strong execution ability This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketer who thrives in both strategy and execution.
