Marti Hampton Real Estate, one of the top real estate teams in the Triangle, is looking for a full-time, on-site Marketing Director to keep our brand bold, fresh, and always a step ahead. We're looking for someone who excels in juggling projects, has a sharp eye for detail, and can turn creative ideas into real results. From running campaigns across social, digital, and print, to keeping our websites polished and our content engaging, you’ll be the person making sure our marketing truly stands out. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, collaborating with a driven team, and bringing a mix of creativity and strategy to the table. You’ll work closely with our agents and staff to make sure everything we put out feels polished and professional. Print Marketing
• Designing and printing marketing materials (postcards, brochures, flyers) • Canva & Adobe Photoshop/InDesign experience required
Email Marketing
• Design and run segmented email campaigns using SendGrid, including list management • SendGrid or Mailchimp experience preferred
Social Media Marketing
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more • Highlight listings and our agents in creative ways • Collaborate with agents to keep their social presence sharp and consistent • Assist in planning, filming, and editing videos for YouTube, social media, and ads • Video production and editing experience preferred (Capcut, Final Cut, Adobe)
Website Management
• Maintain and update team websites to ensure fresh content • WordPress & SEO experience is a plus
Advertising & Paid Media
• Manage digital ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
Team Support & Collaboration
• Partner with agents on listing promotions, open houses, and personal branding • Stay ahead of marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the table! Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a similar fast-paced industry • Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator a plus) • Experience managing email campaigns (Sendgrid, Mailchimp) • Social media savvy with the ability to grow engagement and manage multiple platforms • Familiarity with website management (WordPress or similar) and basic SEO best practices • Comfortable working with video/photo content; editing skills a plus • Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, or YouTube • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and visual • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once • A creative problem solver who enjoys brainstorming and bringing ideas to life • Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Compensation: $79,000
