This role will be responsible for the data security strategy, including and not limited to data loss prevention, and data protection technologies. Work closely with the technology and business stakeholders to mature and further Humana's data ecosystem. Job Responsibilities: Develop and Lead Data Governance Strategy: Establish Data Stewardship Programs: Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Data Quality Management: Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Risk Management: Promote Data Literacy and Culture: Data Cataloguing: Oversee Data Governance Tools and Technology: Performance Measurement and Reporting: Behavioral Competencies: Exceptional leadership skills, marked by poise, positive influence, and the ability to drive change in a matrixed environment. A management style that is collaborative, energetic, results-oriented, and innovative. Ability to credibly contribute to business discussions and influence strategic and commercial outcomes across the business. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across both business and technology. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Experience with mergers & acquisitions, divesture, and integration activities 15+ years of technical leadership experience in data governance or Information Technology 10+ years of people leadership experience Strong verbal and communication skills Ability to influence peers and leadership teams across the organization Preferred Locations: Louisville KY Washington DC Chicago IL Dallas TX Denver CO Ft Lauderdale/Tampa FL Nashville TN Qualified candidates must be willing and able to go to any of the above preferred locations 3 days/week. (Hybrid Office) Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humanas offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $172,200 - $236,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
