As the Scheduler, you will ensure excellent resident care by coordinating nursing department schedules based on staffing guidelines. You will track absenteeism and tardiness, providing weekly reports to management. Additionally, as the Staffing Coordinator, you will inform management of vacancies and transfers, and meet with new hires to review staffing guidelines.
