Store - S.DG-VISTA, CA Role Overview:
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate in-store events, including kids' birthday parties, to create a fun and engaging experience. Provide excellent customer service, assist with shopping, checkout, and operational tasks such as merchandise handling and store recovery. Key Responsibilities:
Organize multiple events simultaneously, including children's birthday parties and craft classes. Engage with customers of all ages, fostering a creative environment. Perform craft demonstrations, face painting, and other activities. Coordinate event add-ons like goody bags and balloons. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Handle administrative tasks such as emails and paperwork. Adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup plans. Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. Customer Experience:
Assist customers with product location and solutions. Provide quick and friendly checkout. Promote Rewards program and credit card enrollment. Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys. Support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Participate in stock, planogram, and recovery activities. Support safety and shrink programs. Maintain a positive, respectful attitude and serve as a role model. Preferred Skills & Experience:
Energetic, enthusiastic personality. Ability to handle stress and interact effectively with all ages. Excellent people skills and experience with childrens events. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Retail and customer service experience required. Physical & Work Environment:
Ability to stand for long periods. Move throughout the store, lift heavy items, and work in various environments, including outdoor and non-climate-controlled areas. Pay Range:
