Responsibilities include: Answering incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently. Providing information about products and services to customers. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our system. Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
