Everyone is trying to harness the power of the cloud, but not everyone knows how. As a cloud architect, you will build a cloud-based technical architecture that meets customer needs and leverages cloud capabilities and services. You will help develop cloud-based solutions to Air Force ISR and communications challenges, by building, operating, and maintaining hybrid cloud capabilities, managing risk, and collaborating with the team to propose tools and capabilities from on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. You will help the customer meet cloud migration standards and look for ways to improve environments using cloud technologies. This role offers opportunities to sharpen programming and scripting skills while developing critical systems for the Air Force and to identify opportunities to build cloud-based solutions to meet evolving client needs. Join our team as we transform warfighter ISR capabilities and communications systems with cloud technology. You Have 1+ years of experience using Windows or Linux Experience building solutions in AWS or Azure TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Ability to obtain an IAT or IAM Level II or III certification, such as CompTIA Security+ Certification, before start date

Experience managing Docker containers Experience creating and maintaining highly reliable and scalable systems to reduce issues and downtime, including design and implementation of servers, storage systems, and network infrastructures Experience with modern security best practices for cloud infrastructure and networks Experience using Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and scripting tools such as Bash, PowerShell, JSON, and Python Experience using Terraform, and management and monitoring tools Experience supporting operations for web-based applications Ability to analyze test results and effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, and operations teams to continuously improve health, stability, and reliability of the system Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and lead, train, and mentor junior system administrators and cloud engineers Bachelor's degree in a STEM field Cloud certifications
