Everyone is trying to harness the power of the cloud, but not everyone knows how. As a cloud architect, you know how to build a cloud-based technical architecture that meets customer needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities and services. What if you could use your cloud architecture skills to improve warfighter Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) analyst capabilities and communications systems? We need you to assist our team as we develop cloud-based solutions to some of the Air Forces toughest challenges. As a cloud architect on our team, youll build, operate, and maintain hybrid cloud capabilities. Youll manage and communicate risk, utilizing your ability to strategically think, develop plans, and orchestrate execution. Youll collaborate with your team as we research the environment and recommend tools and capabilities from various on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. Youll share expertise with your teammates as we help the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with the Air Force to ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. This is an opportunity to use the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your customers environment using cloud capabilities and services. Youll be able to sharpen your skills in computer programming and scripting languages while developing critical systems for the Air Force. As a technical expert, youll identify new opportunities to build cloud-based solutions to help our client meet their evolving needs. 3+ years of experience using Windows or Linux Experience building solutions in AWS or Azure TS/SCI clearance Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience working in a professional environment, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment Ability to obtain an IAT or IAM Level II or III Certification such as CompTIA Security+ Certification, before start date Nice If You Have

Experience managing Docker containers Experience creating and maintaining highly reliable and scalable systems to reduce issues and downtime, including design and implementation of servers, storage systems, and network infrastructures Experience with modern security best practices for cloud infrastructure and networks Experience using Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and scripting tools such as Bash, PowerShell, JSON, and Python Experience using Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet Experience supporting operations for web-based applications Ability to analyze test results and effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, and operations teams to continuously improve the health, stability, and reliability of the system Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to interact with clients and lead, train, and mentor junior system administrators and cloud engineers Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field Cloud Certifications Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Work Model
