(HYMH), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Aftersales, Parts Marketing Analyst located in Greenville, NC. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing HYMHs electrical systems brand parts and accessory business (Electrical Systems Portfolio), which primarily consist of batteries and chargers, to drive aftersales growth. This position focuses on creating sales and marketing content to support the dealer and HYMH sales organizations, building supplier relationships, and overall making it easy to do business with HYMHs Aftersales for the Electrical Systems Portfolio. What You Will Do Sales Support: Provide customer and sales support for HYMH sales teams and dealer network as the subject matter expert on Electrical Systems Portfolio. Serve as the first responder for dealer and internal customer requests. Design Sales Enablement Materials: Develop product marketing strategies in the form of campaigns. Collaborate with Aftersales Communications and eCommerce teams to create wholesale and retail facing assets and advise on channels. Support growth, conversion, or retention of the Electrical Systems Portfolio via traditional dealer channels and digital sales channels. Results-Oriented Professional: Support the Electrical Systems Portfolios financial health by driving sales and margin goals and using analytics to understand competitive market space, price position, and portfolio health to increase purchase and retention within the dealer network. Uncover dealer and customer obstacles and support growth through training, analytics, and parts support opportunities. Drive Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in the sales enablement process and recommend solutions to drive efficiencies. Create an environment where dealers and sales teams find it easy to do business with HYMH Aftersales. Provide actionable intelligence to the Sales team and Product Manager for strategy and decision-making. Manage workload efficiently. Supplier Relationship Development: Support and manage supplier relationships using sales opportunity data, effective probing, and relationship-building to grow, convert, or retain Electrical Systems Portfolio business. Ensure suppliers meet dealer and end-user expectations. Maintain supplier information on the Dealer Portal and part attributes in the Product Information Management (PIM) system for ingestion into eCommerce. What You Will Need Education: bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field Experience: Three to five years of relevant business experience Business Acumen: Experience developing and executing learning and communication strategies that support business growth and profitability. Working knowledge of the industrial truck Aftersales marketplace, competition, and Hyster and Yale distribution systems is required. Skills, Experience, & Abilities You Will Need Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI. Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate Electrical Systems Portfolio effectiveness. Industry Expertise: Understanding of the lift truck industry, truck applications, dealer operations, and sales and service management. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and present to stakeholders at all levels. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with sales, product management, communications, and training teams to deliver high-impact enablement materials. Leadership & Team Management: Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams.
