Regional Property Manager - Rochester, MN
Regional Property Manager leadership opportunity to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities, responsible for driving financial performance and mentoring teams. The compensation range is $85,000-$110,000 + a company vehicle. This role is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor Property Managers. Stay current on federal, state, and local landlord/tenant laws. Advanced knowledge of Yardi, Rent Caf and InspectCheck. Oversee rent collection processes, monthly financial reporting and budgets. Develop and execute creative and competitive marketing and leasing strategies. Partner with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure high-quality upkeep, repairs, and future project planning. Proactively address escalated resident concerns with urgency and professionalism.
Skills Required
Expertise in LIHTC, HOME, and other affordable housing programs. Hands-on experience with Yardi, Rent Caf, and other property management systems.
