Our client is a National Multifamily Developer, building large multifamily, built to rent, and industrial projects nationwide. Multifamily work will range in style of build from high acreage garden style projects to mid and high-rise work downtown, and the Phoenix office has several projects in the pipeline from their local development team, and is building out the construction arm to build. Reporting into the Regional Director of Preconstruction, the Lead Estimator - National Multifamily Developer will be responsible for the following: Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential. Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements. Provide leadership to project team Foster and enhance architect, subcontractor and vendor relations. Establish, update, and communicate the Project Schedule and manage its implementation. May work with preconstruction team in development of project Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget. Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program. Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions. The successful Lead Estimator - National Multifamily Developer will have the following: 4+ Years of Estimating and Preconstruction Experience Experience as an Estimator on large Commercial or Multifamily projects - $10M+ A Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related-field is preferred Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities Local to Phoenix preferred but relocators will be considered as well What's on Offer
