S2P Systems Analyst Hybrid Remote & Oakland, CA Office (based on business needs) Perm Position The S2P (Source to Pay) Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives as part of a broader business and technology modernization effort. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise in Source to Pay technologies and data requirements, including Ariba, SAP ECC/S4HANA, and SQL, along with a solid understanding of integration points with Inventory, Finance, and Accounts Payable functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of supply chain technology solutions, with a focus on ensuring alignment with the objectives of process standardization, data quality enhancement, and technological innovation. Job Responsibilities Serve as the procurement systems representative in design workshops, business requirement confirmations, and future-state process development at the L3/L4 level. Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications for system development. Analyze fit/gap findings from design workshops and provide technical input based on system landscape and operating environments. Collaborate closely with business teams to understand operational requirements and develop scalable IT solutions. Design and develop system integrations across SAP modules and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Identify data-related risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies to protect project integrity and timelines.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. At least 7 years of experience in business or Supply Chain systems development, support, reporting, or analysis. Skilled with SAP & Ariba systems.

Desired Qualifications

Proven experience in cross-functional projects and team collaboration. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. MBA or other advanced degree. SAP certification. Lean Six Sigma certification. 8+ years of experience in business or Supply Chain systems development and reporting. 2+ years of leadership experience. Expert-level knowledge of SAP MM/EWM/Ariba functionality. Advanced knowledge of SAP MM and SAP BW. Ability to function effectively within cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (e.g., order creation, inventory movements, goods receipt, invoicing, and payments). Ability to develop complex SAP and SQL Server reports. Experience in database design and architecture. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. High-level analytical capabilities to solve data and process challenges.
