Position Summary The

Expert S2P Systems Analyst

will play a key role in the modernization program, supporting the implementation of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Supply Chain initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in S2P technologies (SAP Ariba, SAP ECC & S/4HANA, SQL) and an understanding of integration points with other functions such as Inventory, Finance, and Accounts Payable. The analyst will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals around process standardization, data accuracy, and technology innovation. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, S2P Business Strategy. Work Model:

Hybrid combination of remote and onsite work as business needs require. Responsibilities Represent procurement processes during design workshops, requirements socialization, and solution confirmation. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Conduct fit-gap analysis from design workshops and provide solution recommendations. Partner with business teams to identify gaps and develop technical solutions. Design and develop IT solutions integrating SAP modules with enterprise systems for seamless data flow. Identify, assess, and mitigate data risks to ensure project success. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in business or supply chain systems development, maintenance, support, report creation, or analysis. Preferred: 8+ years of experience in supply chain/business systems. 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience. MBA or equivalent advanced degree. SAP certification. Lean Six Sigma certification. Expert knowledge of SAP MM/EWM/Ariba functionality. Advanced knowledge of SAP MM module and SAP BW. Strong understanding of supply chain processes (orders, inventory movements, goods receipts, invoicing, payments). Proven ability to create complex SAP and SQL Server reports; database design experience. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments. Compensation Salary Range (Bay Area):

$100,000 $135,000) Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation programs.
