In partnership with Lindauer, Mount Holyoke College is seeking an Associate Vice President for Foundation Relations and Sponsored Research (AVP). As the College moves forward with its new strategic plan,

MHC Forward , this restructured role is a pivotal opportunity for a visionary leader to create systems, frameworks, and strategies to support faculty research and advance institutional priorities

Reporting to the Provost and Dean of Faculty, the AVP will support Mount Holyoke's commitment to innovation and excellence in education and research. Candidates with a collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and experience in a liberal arts setting will find this an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact.

In this role, you will: Lead efforts in foundation relations and sponsored research. Build and enhance infrastructure, systems, and communication pathways to support a high- functioning team. Actively identify and research funding sources to submit competitive grant proposals. Manage and mentor a team, including a foundation relations officer, sponsored research officer, and post-award administrator. Support faculty through proposal development, grant submission, and stewardship processes. About Mount Holyoke
