Property Manager . Job Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring optimal functioning, profitability, and tenant satisfaction. This role involves coordinating maintenance, managing leases, handling tenant relations, and assisting with financial performance to support the company's real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain assigned properties to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally. Oversee property leasing processes, including marketing, showing units, screening applicants, preparing lease agreements, and processing renewals. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations with vendors and contractors, monitoring quality and cost-effectiveness. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively. Maintain accurate records of leases, inspections, maintenance, expenses, and tenant communications. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for property performance and collaborate with the accounting team. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations and company policies. Facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including walk-throughs and deposit reconciliations. Qualifications
At least 5 years' experience in Residential Property Management (Boards of Cooperatives Condominiums, and Homeowner Associations) Experienced in working with Board of Community Associations Excellent communication skills and technically proficient (Yardi, AvidXchange, ClickPay, ActiveBuilding, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Salary range is between $90-$100k, with all-expense paid company car, and outstanding benefits package.
