An elite Miami-based trial boutique is seeking an exceptional Plaintiffs' Trial Attorney to join its select litigation team. This firm has an extraordinary track record of multimillion-dollar verdicts and precedent-setting cases in personal injury, medical malpractice, and complex litigation. Its attorneys are widely recognized as leaders in the profession, with consistent rankings in top legal publications and peer-reviewed lists.
Position Overview
This role offers the chance to work on a limited, high-value caseload, receive mentorship from nationally recognized trial lawyers, and participate in complex, high-stakes litigation from inception through verdict. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of litigation, from client intake to trial. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision. Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation. Participate actively in jury trials, including voir dire, witness examination, and closing arguments. Maintain exceptional client communication and service throughout the litigation process. Qualifications
J.D. from a top-tier law school with outstanding academic credentials (Law Review, Order of the Coif, or top 10-15% preferred). Minimum 2 years of litigation experience - plaintiffs or defense. Trial and/or medical malpractice experience strongly preferred. Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Licensed to practice in Florida. Preferred Profile
Candidates from the defense side seeking to transition to plaintiffs' work are welcome. Experience handling complex, catastrophic injury matters is a plus. What's Offered
