As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will play a vital role in executing our events, working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish. Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Help create event marketing materials and promotional content. Support the registration process and manage attendee communications. Assist in setting up event spaces and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event management software. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances or priorities. A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the event industry.
