Job Description

We are seeking a

highly experienced Full Stack Developer

with

10+ years of hands-on expertise

in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate is a strong technologist with a solid foundation across both front-end and back-end development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

robust, scalable, and secure

web applications. Collaborate with front-end, back-end, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Lead

technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews

to maintain development standards. Implement and manage

A/B testing strategies

using tools like Mendel and Rasta. Ensure

high performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility . Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Mentor junior developers and foster a

knowledge-sharing culture

within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of full stack web development

experience. Strong proficiency in

HTML, JavaScript, Java , and templating languages (Thymeleaf, Handlebars, etc.). Hands-on experience with

front-end frameworks

such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong expertise in

RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend frameworks (Spring Boot) . Experience with

version control systems (Git)

and

CI/CD pipelines . Strong understanding of

Agile methodologies

and

software development best practices . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of

Docker and Kubernetes

for containerization and orchestration. Prior experience in

leading or mentoring development teams .
