Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities •Meet with pre-qualified sellers and guide them through the listing process •Deliver exceptional client experiences to build trust, referrals, and repeat business •Follow up with leads using our proven scripts and systems •Host open houses and convert attendees into active clients •Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline organized for consistent follow-up •Attend weekly training sessions to refine skills and stay market-ready

Qualifications

What We're Looking For • Active NC and/or SC real estate license •Knowledge of the

Charlotte real estate market

or the ability to learn quickly •Exceptional communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills •Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using real estate CRMs •A self-motivated team player who thrives in a high-performance environment
