What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Engage with customers to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance as a trusted advisor - Create success plans with customers to maximize value from legal AI solutions - Collaborate with customers to identify challenges and design tailored workflows using legal AI - Drive user adoption through effective training and mutual strategies - Lead executive business reviews to capture value delivered and develop success roadmaps

What is Required (Qualifications): - Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience with legal technology and professionals - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management in legal tech or SaaS - Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building - Proactive, customer-centric mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams - Curiosity about technology and AI developments in the legal field
