Engage with customers to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance as a trusted advisor Develop and implement customer success plans to maximize value from legal AI solutions Collaborate with customers to design tailored workflows that address specific business challenges Lead executive business reviews to capture value delivered and create joint roadmaps for success Proactively address customer needs to enhance retention, satisfaction, and identify opportunities for expansion What is Required (Qualifications)

Formal legal education (JD) or significant experience working with legal technology or legal professionals Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or related roles within legal tech or SaaS firms Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms and a willingness to stay updated on advancements Proactive problem-solving approach focused on delivering measurable outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
