What is Required (Qualifications): - Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience working with legal technology or legal professionals - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a related role - Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms and a willingness to stay updated on advancements - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships - Proactive customer-centric mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience working with leading legal tech consulting organizations or SaaS firms - Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams - Curiosity and adaptability regarding technology and AI developments in the legal field
