Responsibilities
Tier 1 Helpdesk support Assist users either via phone, email or LogMeIn to resolve any issues Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal resources Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time Maintain user administration in all systems including Online Office, Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365 Local backup maintenance & testing Maintain Antivirus at all locations Local & remote hardware support / troubleshooting Local & remote network maintenance Phone system maintenance / configuration Patch management via LogMeIn MDM via MaaS360 Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Requirements
Proven work experience as a Systems Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role Hands-on experience with Windows OS and VMware environments Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Familiarity with Azure, LogMeIn, Veritas Backup Exec, VMware, RingCentral, and MaaS360 is a plus Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience Additional certification in Microsoft, VMware or similar technologies is a plus Benefits
