About the Role: Are you a hands-on Credit Manager with experience in commercial credit worldlike manufacturing, distribution, or trading? Were looking for someone who knows how to assess risk, manage receivables, and build strong internal processes to keep business moving smoothly. In this role, youll step into a leadership position where youll own credit strategy and policy development, while working directly with sales and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and verify the financial status and creditworthiness of new and existing customers Set credit limits, process applications, and make approval or denial decisions based on company guidelines Communicate credit decisions and findings to Traders and management, ensuring alignment across teams Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts, pursuing payment and maintaining detailed account records Collaborate with internal teams and other FCTG subsidiaries / affiliates to share credit insights and mitigate overall risk Lead, train and partner with assistant credit manager Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Management preferred, but not required At least two years of prior credit and collections experience required Knowledge of credit insurance and the Bectran online application software is beneficial What We're Looking: Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic Number-driven individual with excellent attention to detail Organized, reliable, and dependable Analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems
