Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You'll build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to track performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless project execution, and you will be expected to meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Prospecting:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:
Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into sales, and focusing on high-value projects. Customer Relationships:
Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking. Market & Product Analysis:
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors, conducting research to identify growth opportunities. Consultative Selling:
Use a consultative approach to offer competitive and value-based solutions, prepare accurate quotes, and negotiate terms. Performance Reporting:
Use CRM to maintain detailed sales records and generate reports to track progress and results. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide leadership when needed.

Skills & Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or 1+ year at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20%, primarily for field visits with minimal overnight stays. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Teams and Zoom. Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
