Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager, where you'll grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will build long-term customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of This Role Include: Sales Growth & Prospecting:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:
Maintain and expand a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into high-value projects. Customer Relationships:
Build strong partnerships by understanding customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking. Market & Product Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Conduct research to identify growth opportunities. Consultative Selling:
Employ a consultative approach for pricing and solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms. Performance Reporting:
Use CRM to maintain records and generate reports, tracking key metrics to meet goals. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, providing leadership when needed.

Skills & Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience, or 1+ year at WillScot. Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with ~80% outbound cold-calling. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
