Inspire . As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will lead a team of product managers focused on improving back-of-house technology solutions across Inspire Brands. This role is responsible for building tools that drive operational efficiency and empower restaurant team members to better manage the business. You will define the product vision and align development efforts with business objectives. The Sr. Manager will define and execute outcome-based roadmaps, leverage data for decision-making, and foster cross-functional partnerships. Success requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and operational excellence to build scalable, customer-centric solutions. Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of ~2 product managers across multiple product areas in the Back-of-House Team Member Experience, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Create and drive product roadmaps for back-of-house technology, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities. Collaborate with Product leadership, Engineering, UX, PMO, and other stakeholders for seamless product development. Use data, customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions and measure business impact. Communicate effectively as the Product Leader for the Back-of-House Value Stream, ensuring transparency and operational efficiency. Qualifications

Minimum 4-year degree; preferred in business, computer science, or related field. 6+ years in product management or related field. 2+ years leading product teams. Strong technical background in software development, cloud, APIs, or enterprise solutions. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise products at scale. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Skills and Abilities

Deep understanding of restaurant operations, back-of-house workflows, and related technologies. Experience with time and labor management, KDS, inventory tools, or IoT. Ability to lead data-driven discussions and prioritize technical and business tradeoffs. Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and agile/lean methodologies. Strong communication skills, influencing stakeholders across teams and time zones. Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly. Project management, prioritization, and negotiation skills. Passion for the restaurant industry and entrepreneurial spirit. Self-starter with minimal supervision.
