Pay Range: $38.02 - $61.88 per hour Summary: The Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant will serve as an internal consultant to the Talent Acquisition team that will support efforts to integrate full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition analytics, process optimization, training, and compliance to enhance hiring outcomes and operational efficiency. This individual will also partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and key stakeholders to drive a diverse and inclusive workforce, maintain high customer service standards, and provide data-driven insights that support recruitment strategy and workforce planning. Additionally, they will collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to support all aspects of the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting process. Delivers recruiting results in a fast paced, high energy environment, and strengthens the company's image as the employer of choice while providing subject matter expertise and guidance to Talent Acquisition Consultants. Other Information: Required Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or workforce analytics. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, ATS, and HRIS systems. Experience in strategic workforce planning, diversity hiring, and market research. Ability to provide expert guidance on best practices and system utilization. Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of compliance and regulations related to recruitment and hiring. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for recruitment analytics. Background in recruitment operations, compliance, and system integrations. Delivers all facets of recruiting success throughout Rush University System for Health. This will be achieved through the development of local, regional and national (where applicable) recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Provide expertise in the utilization of reports, TA processes, and recruitment technology tools. Collect, analyze, and interpret hiring and workforce data to support strategic decision-making. Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to optimize recruitment strategies. Maintain and validate applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR database integrity. Develop and generate customized reports and dashboards to track key TA metrics, including time-to-fill, diversity hiring, and pipeline trends. Implement best practices for data collection, reporting, and process automation. Act as a super-user for the applicant tracking system and recruitment technologies. Track and lead multiple projects related to recruitment efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and compliance. Assist with recruitment compliance, ensuring hiring practices align with federal, state, and internal regulations. Along with other members HR Centers of Excellence (COE's), designs and implement programs to enhance acquisition strategies, employee engagement and retention. Conduct targeted research to collect market and candidate data to help create informed recruiting strategies for Rush. Keep abreast of cutting-edge knowledge topics relevant to recruiting area (attend knowledge training days and report back to the TA/Recruiting organization, collect intelligence from the marketplace and report back to the TA/Recruiting organization, identify trends and patterns and make recommendations to inform search efforts for critical, difficult to fill roles within Rush). Provide effective talent-related decision support through the use of timely and meaningful data, analysis, metrics and dashboards. Drive continuous improvement across the TA/Recruiting organization team. Informed of workforce trends and innovative recruitment techniques. Oversee maintenance and data integrity of the ATS and other HRIS system(s). Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. Maintain all relevant information in the ATS to provide transparency to the TA/Recruiting team and others, while also ensuring integrity of reporting data. Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
