The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable experiences and possess strong organizational skills to manage all aspects of the event planning process. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute various types of events from inception to completion. Liaise with clients to ascertain their event needs and objectives. Develop budgets, schedules, and timelines for events while adhering to established financial guidelines. Research and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best options for events. Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and catering arrangements. Oversee day-of event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan. Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio of successfully executed events. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse aspects of event planning. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with clients and vendors effectively. Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
