Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, services, and promotions. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Identify recurring customer issues and report them to management for continuous improvement. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and phone systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
