If you're a motivated leader with a passion for serving diverse communities, we'd love to hear from you!Must have COS or enroll in certification course within 30 days of date of hire.Must enroll in the following certification courses within 90 days of hire:HCCPSCHMTaCCsResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the propertySupervise and lead on-site team membersHandle marketing, leasing, and resident relationsCollect rent and manage delinquenciesConduct regular inspections and ensure property standardsOversee vendor contracts, purchasing, and invoice approvalsManage recertification processes and complianceAddress resident concerns professionally and promptlyOther duties as assignedRequirementsFluent in SpanishMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a Community ManagerHUD/Section 8 and Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is requiredProven leadership and team management skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProblem-solver with innovative thinkingProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with RealPage OneSite (preferred)ARM certification is a plus
