to join a
top-ranked national law firm
with offices in major markets across the U.S. This firm's Trademark, Copyright, and Advertising group is known for representing both high-growth disruptors and established industry leaders and is at the forefront of emerging issues such as AI-copyright litigation and complex trademark matters. Position Highlights: Handle a wide range of trademark, copyright, and advertising federal litigation. Represent clients before the USPTO and Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB). Conduct trademark clearance searches and risk analyses. Advise on and implement U.S. and international trademark filing strategies. Draft and negotiate licensing agreements and conduct IP due diligence. Counsel on domain name disputes and copyright registration. Collaborate across offices and manage a team of experienced paralegals and legal professionals. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in trademark, copyright, and advertising law. Significant experience with TTAB proceedings and federal IP litigation. Strong background in trademark prosecution, clearance, and enforcement. Experience with transactional IP matters is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and superior writing and analytical skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Compensation & Benefits: Annual salary range:
$260,000 - $365,000 (dependent on location and experience).
