Reboot Staff is seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing events that align with client goals and company standards. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of event planning from concept to execution Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships Communicate with clients to ensure their objectives are met Supervise on-site event staff and coordinate logistics Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements Handle permits, insurance, and any other legal documentation related to events Maintain accurate records and reports of event activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination Strong organizational and time-management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software is a plus Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
