Major Mechanical is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Project Manager. We are a well-established HVAC and Plumbing contractor that is looking to grow our Commercial division. This Project Manager will be responsible for the managing of Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Projects. This position requires a self-motivated individual who has experience in running a project from conception to turnover. This employee should have a high level of HVAC and Plumbing technical knowledge allowing them to design and estimate their own projects.A successful Project Manager will previous experience consisting of reviewing of plans and specifications, equipment and material procurement, submittals, RFIs, manage labor force, and perform estimates for changes to the projects. What you'll need to have:Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an MEP PM.
