Overview

The

Ticket Sales Coordinator

will support the Hartford Wolf Pack Ticket Sales Department as well as the Vice President of Business Operations.

This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00 to $22.00

Responsibilities Track the Sales Reps' activities and puts together daily activity reports Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end reporting Enters weekly sales numbers into AHL Tracking System Assists in tracking departmental budget Helps coordinate internal sales programs including Open Houses, Meet and Greets, and Group Events (Pre/Post games, Competitions, Career Days, Exhibition Hall Events, etc.) Coordinates all in-game staff activities including birthday parties and sales tables Works directly with the Marketing team to help build all sales emails Works directly with box office to coordinate all ticket packages Supports Ticket Sales Department with departmental communications and project coordination Build out FEVO links for group sales and assist with strategic planning of holding seats for group sales. Work directly with ticket holders to help generate new revenue Handles all departmental filing and special projects related to the department Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Communications, Sports/Business Management, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with AXS (ticket platform) and Salesforce.com (CRM) is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required Must be detailed-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments and projects in a fast- paced environment Must be able to work events, select holidays, and beyond normal business hours as needed
