Marcum Front Desk Attendant
Marcum Center JM Student (Fixed Term) Academic year 2025-2026 Maximum Scheduled Weekly Hours: 20 Marcum Hotel & Conference Center is looking to add to our team for the school year 2025-26! This position is working the front desk and the starting rate is $11.30/hr! Hours vary between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Greatest demand for staff between 3pm and 11 p.m. Some third shift hours available. Position includes shifts on Saturdays and Sundays as business demands. Essential Duties
Responsibilities include: Answering phones Making reservations Handling in-house guest needs Sharing knowledge of campus with guests Provide a high level of customer service with a positive attitude Minimum Qualifications
Customer service skills Reliability Friendly demeanor Professional Good attendance habits Strong sense of teamwork and accountability Willingness to learn new duties and grow professionally Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required A criminal background check may be required.
