Travel MRI Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with Siemens and Epic proficiency and 3+ years of MRI experience for weekend day shifts.Job Details•Work in an acute care setting specializing in MRI imaging,•Perform advanced MRI procedures on a variety of anatomical regions including brain, spine, abdomen, chest, pelvis, extremities, and vascular studies,•Weekend day shift schedule: Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (3x12 hours),•Predominantly independent weekend work, with leadership support available if needed,•Required to float to other campuses within the health system as needed,•Siemens MRI equipment used,•Epic EMR experience required,Job Requirements•Minimum of 3 years of MRI technologist experience required,•Current ARRT or ARMRIT certification required,•Current BLS certification required,•Siemens MRI experience required,•Experience with Epic EMR required,•Ability to work independently and competently with advanced MRI protocols,•Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; no locals accepted,•Education must be verified through a third party and not from institutions listed on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list,•License required if applicable,•Passing an EKG exam during compliance is required, with two attempts allowed,Additional Information•Perform a full range of MRI scans including brain, spine, body, musculoskeletal, and vascular exams, as well as administration of contrast media and starting peripheral IVs,•Apply isolation precautions and adhere to safety protocols,•Use techniques such as gradient echo imaging, maximum intensity projection, multiplanar reconstruction, spin echo, surface coils, and T1/T2-weighted imaging,•RTO (requested time off) must be declared at time of consideration; post-submission RTO is not permitted,•Modules completed during orientation, averaging 2-4 hours, with unit-based hours,•First-time travelers are welcome to apply,•Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences,•Professional references and required credentials must be supplied for consideration,],•hash,:•8485063414913772862,
