We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community outreach programs.

Pay:

$18.50 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities: Plan and organize events from conception to completion according to requirements, target audience, and objectives. Manage event budget, ensuring all expenses remain within limits while achieving the desired outcomes. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals. Collaborate with clients to determine event goals and overall vision, making recommendations for improvement as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure necessary resources. Create and manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met on time. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage several events simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Asana or Trello, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
