Sales Marketing **Japanese Bilinagual 57768 Job Num: 57768 h5Job DescriptionPosition title: Sales MarketingLocation: Livonia,MIWork style: HybridJob Summary - Briefly describe the position and its major responsibilities Before contract - Regularly contact / visit new and existing customers to discuss their needs/issues and to explain how these needs/issues could be met by specific products and services.- Create strategies / plans to solve customer's needs/issues based on the experience of Project manager. Sales Marketing, or Sales Planning,- Have meetings with our business partners to find the best solutions to meet customer's requirement.- Prepare solutions and presentations for purpose of presenting and explaining what the company provides and solves.- Emphasize products or services features based on an analysis of the customer's needs/issues.- Give presentation and demonstration regarding our products or services to our customers directly in order to get our customer's to be understood our values.- Negotiate prices, conditions and/or service agreements.- Prepare sales contract documents for obtained final application.After Contract - Coordinate projects for implementing IT solutions with internal engineering team and external business partners.- Manage system implementations with internal engineering team and external business partners to overcome obstacles and keep track of timelines.- Troubleshoot regarding our customer's system cooperating with internal engineering team.- Maintain good relationships with our partners and customers by contacting regularly.Others - Maintain customer's records, using automated systems.- Have a meeting with a supervisor in a timely manner to report sales activities.- Make research and investigation with internal team member and external partners and customers to find new markets and new opportunities.Essential Functions - List functions and tasks expected to be performed. - Collaboration skills with colleagues, business partners and customers.- Strong will to contribute to customer's and society while having will to improve his/her skills, knowledge and experience.General InformationEducation: Undergraduate degree in related area or equivalent work experienceKnowledge Skills Abilities:Speaking Skills - Japanese (Business Level), English (Business Level)Business Skills - Work experience as Marketing/planning to find new business opportunities- Have business discussions with customers directly to develop / explore new business.- Project management skills especially finding new business partner.- Find customer's business issues based on market research and discussion with customers then create solutions.- Work in a team-oriented.IT Skills - Office Suite Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge / Experience - Marketing Knowledge and Experience: Creating marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems;Experience:- More than 5 years in Telecommunication / IT industry as Sales, Sales Engineer or Sales Marketing/Planning and discuss with customers directly to find their need and issues.To apply, please email resume to yhirano@pasona.comJob DetailsCity: Livonia State: MI Job Type: Permanent Job Salary High: 80000.00 Salary Low: 70000.00 Languages: English;Japanese Hours of Operation: 9-5 Benefits: Contact InformationJob Owner: Yu Hirano Job Owner Email : yhirano@pasona.com
